We worked with seven high schools and middle schools in the Clark County School District over two years resulting in the reorganization of each school into 9th grade academies and themed small learning communities to better address the learning needs of students. We facilitated the efforts of design teams at each school and provided coaching for school principals and SLC academic leaders, SLC development resources for teams, coordinated a region wide design resource effort, and provided training and support for the resulting professional learning communities in each school. |
