This blog is an effort to add my own thoughts to the flow of ideas, solutions, innovative efforts and the challenges of changing schools. I like to write, but most often the form is proposals, plans, templates and project reports that seldom are public, so with this I am going public with some of those ideas that wake me up in the morning and influence the work we do and the way we do it.
